z. Adjunct Instructor - Introduction to Computing
About this role
The Career & Technical Education Department is recruiting for an Adjunct Instructor to teach Introduction to Computing at Victoria East High School beginning in Fall 2026. Classes will be available face-to-face.
Salary Based on Instructional Units (one instructional unit is equivalent to 16 contact hours per semester).
$668.78/per instructional unit in the Fall/Spring/Summer
• A minimum of a Master's Degree in Computer Science or Master's Degree in Business Administration with demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline or Master's Degree with a minimum of 18 hours in any combination of qualifying fields as shows below (unnofficial transcripts are required for all graduate level work): • Computer Engineering • Computer Information Technology • Computer Programming • Computer Science • Information Systems • Management Information Systems • Network Security • Cybersecruity • A demonstrated commitment to serving a diverse array of students, to the community college mission, and to academic excellence. • College teaching experience preferred.
