IT PROJECT MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong project management skills, a solid understanding of technology, and the ability to lead projects from planning to delivery. Your Profile: • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration , or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT Project Management or a similar role • Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects , from planning and initiation through delivery and closure • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project environments • Experience with Agile methodologies , such as Scrum or Kanban • Experience working with Waterfall or hybrid project management approaches is a plus • Strong skills in project planning, scope, timelines, budgets and resource management • Experience managing project risks, dependencies, issues and change requests • Ability to define project objectives, deliverables, milestones and success criteria • Experience managing stakeholders , including business teams, technical teams, clients and external partners • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into clear business language • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar • Ability to monitor project progress, KPIs and delivery quality • Experience preparing project status reports, project documentation and management updates • Strong understanding of governance, project controls and delivery best practices • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in complex environments • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating different technical and business stakeholders • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent is a plus • Fluency in English Nice to Have: • Experience in IT transformation or digital transformation projects • Experience in cloud, infrastructure or software development projects • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks • Experience with hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments Our Values: • Critical thinking and autonomy • Focus on meaningful solutions and real results • Respect, transparency, and continuous growth What you'll find at Fyld: • A collaborative team that values individual progress • Access to continuous training and certifications • A culture of proximity, respect, and recognition • Challenging, purpose-driven projects where your expertise as an IT Project Manager has real impact  Want to be part of it?
