Location: Ratchathewi,Krung Thep Maha Nakhon,Thailand How Will You Make An Impact? You Will Build And Strengthen The Frontline Workforce By Leading End-To-End Recruitment Strategies, Optimizing Hiring Processes, And Developing High-Performing Recruitment Teams To Support Business Growth Across Nationwide Operations. What You Will Do? • Plan And Execute End-To-End Recruitment For Beauty Advisors (BA) And Product Consultants (PC) Across Nationwide Locations • Manage Manpower Planning And Vacancy Fulfillment To Achieve Hiring Targets • Expand And Optimize Recruitment Channels, Including Facebook, TikTok, LINE, Job Boards, And Employee Referral Programs • Lead, Coach, And Develop The Recruitment Team To Achieve Individual And Team KPIs • Build And Maintain A Strong Talent Pool To Support Ongoing And Future Hiring Needs • Monitor Recruitment Performance And Provide Regular Hiring Reports And Insights • Analyze Recruitment Data To Identify Improvement Opportunities And Enhance Recruitment Processes • Collaborate With Operations Teams And Clients To Support Business Expansion And New Project Requirements What You Will Need? • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Or Related Field • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Or Related Field • Experience Recruiting High-Volume Frontline Or Retail Positions Is Preferred • Strong Planning, Analytical, And Problem-Solving Skills • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills • Ability To Manage Multiple Hiring Projects And Meet Recruitment Targets • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Recruitment Systems Or ATS Is Preferred What will you get? • Flexible working hours • Snack bar and ice cream • Massage service • Cars & Motorcycle parking allowance (50% support by the company) • Medical allowance and Dental allowance • Annual health check • Mental health service • Annual salary adjustment & bonus (based on performance) • Company outing • Annual leave days (up to 15 days) • Special leave day (marriage, anniversary) Work Location : Thanapoom Tower Near BTS Nana, MRT Petchaburi.
