NRC has been actively engaged in ICLA programming in Yemen, with a strong presence in northern governorates where conflict and repeated displacement continue to disrupt IDPs’ access to safe and dignified living conditions. The ongoing humanitarian crisis continues to generate significant legal needs among conflict-affected populations. Within this framework, this position ensures the qualitative implementation of the ICLA programme in targeted locations, while promoting inclusive and protective environments, that support safe, dignified, and equitable access to legal services.
