SYSTEMS ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end implementation of Wealth & Asset Management platforms. • Manage large, cross-functional programs spanning business, technology, operations, vendors, data migration, testing, and change management. • Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, identify solution gaps, and deliver scalable technology solutions. • Establish program governance, manage risks, budgets, timelines, and executive reporting. • Lead implementation partners and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery. Required Experience • 15+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation. • 8+ years leading large-scale Wealth & Asset Management platform implementations in Tier-1 or Tier-2 global banks. • Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-vendor transformation programs. • Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology executives. Domain Expertise Strong functional knowledge of: • Wealth Management • Private Banking • Asset Management • Investment Advisory • Portfolio Management • Fund Administration • Custody & Securities Operations • Investment Products and Lifecycle • Regulatory & Compliance requirements for Wealth Management Product Experience (Mandatory) Hands-on implementation experience in one or more of the following platforms is mandatory: • Avaloq • Fusion Invest (Finastra) • Multifonds • FIS Securities & Lending • TCS BaNCS (Wealth/Securities) • Aurora Reconciliation Experience with platforms such as SimCorp, Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, Temenos Wealth, or FNZ will be an added advantage.
