QUALITY NURSE - DECATUR (4973)

<br><undefined>This position will serve as a functional member of the Continuous Quality Improvement Team in implementation of program goals and objective. This role involves a systematic approach to monitoring, assessing and improving health care quality at SIU Center for Family Medicine-. Primary functions will include review of charts/processes, working reports, assisting with the assessment and monitoring of quality metrics, the teaching of preventive medicine, and assists in clinic as needed.
