An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a tech support to join their French-speaking team. Good fit for someone who likes untangling technical problems and can explain the fix in plain language to someone non-technical. What you'd be doing: • Stay current on product changes that affect common issues • Spot recurring issues and flag them upstream • Balance thoroughness with keeping resolution times reasonable • Escalate anything beyond first-line scope to the right team What we're looking for: • Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential • Comfortable communicating in French at a professional level • Fluent French, written and spoken • Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems Details: • Work model: On-Site Relocation support, where offered, is handled directly with the employer and discussed during the process - happy to walk you through what applies here.
