<p><strong>1. Position Overview</strong></p><p>This position requires hands-on experience in Air or Ocean Freight Operations, along with solid ocean freight knowledge. As our operation supports global transportation across multiple time zones, this position follows a five-day work schedule that includes weekend shifts based on operational requirements.</p><p><strong>2. Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1) Planning &amp; Scheduling</strong></p><ul><li>Create and maintain daily tracking reports for Air Export, Ocean Import and OTR including weekend operations</li></ul><p><strong>2) Port &amp; Terminal Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Gather departure information for containers and air cargo at ports, terminals, and airports.</li><li>Monitor and confirm on-time departures from U.S. Ocean terminals and major airports.</li><li>Coordinate terminal departure schedules with terminal operators and customs brokers.</li></ul><p><strong>3) Movement Monitoring</strong></p><ul><li>Track ocean containers, rail intermodal units, and air shipments in real time.</li><li>Validate Import of Documentation (IOD) and Proof of Delivery (POD) on a daily basis.</li><li>Respond promptly to shipment exceptions requiring immediate attention (e.g., delays, damages, customs hold).</li></ul><p><strong>4) Partner &amp; Stakeholder Communication</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics partners, including carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, internal supply chain teams, and customers.</li><li>Handle claims, documentation, and issue escalations through phone, email, or virtual meetings.</li></ul><p><strong>5) Compliance &amp; Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure all shipments comply with international trade regulations, hazardous material requirements, and security standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory inspections.</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>6) Core Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Analytical Thinking: Translate large data sets into actionable insights.</li><li>Problem Solving: Quickly identify root causes of operational issues and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Multitasking: Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to Work Under Pressure: Perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<p>&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p><strong>7) Air Export Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Receive and validate Air Export shipping instructions (SI) from customers.</p><p>• Coordinate booking with airlines and freight forwarders based on required transit time and cost.</p><p>• Prepare and review MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoice, packing list, SLI and export declarations.</p><p>• Coordinate TSA, IATA and dangerous goods (DG) compliance when applicable.</p><p>• Monitor cargo cut-off time, terminal receiving schedule and flight departures.</p><p>• Coordinate warehouse cargo receiving, screening, palletizing and ULD build-up.</p><p>• Manage export customs clearance and respond to customs examinations or holds.</p><p>• Track flight departures, transshipment status and final arrival; proactively resolve exceptions.</p><p>• Communicate shipment status and milestones to customers through regular updates.</p><p>• Handle flight cancellation, rollover, offload and rebooking with minimum service disruption.</p><p>• Review airline freight invoices and accessorial charges for accuracy.</p><p>• Measure Air Export KPI including On-Time Departure (OTD), On-Time Arrival (OTA), booking accuracy, document accuracy and claims ratio.</p><p>• Support peak season capacity planning and airline allocation strategy.</p><p>• Drive continuous process improvement to reduce transit time and logistics cost.</p><p><strong>Work Hours:&#xa0;Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, 8AM~5PM</strong></p> <p><strong>1) Education</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul><p><strong>2) Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics coordination, with a strong focus on international air and ocean freight operations.</li><li>Hands-on experience in international Air, Ocean, and OTR freight forwarding operations is required</li><li>Proven experience managing transload warehouse operations and Truckload (TL) dispatch.</li></ul><p><strong>3) Industry Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of international air and ocean freight regulations, and customs procedures</li></ul><p><strong>4) Technical Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency with ERP and logistics systems (SAP, TMS, WMS or equivalent).</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.</li></ul><p><strong>5) Language</strong></p><ul><li>English<p>&#xa0;</p></li></ul> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p><p>*****NO C2C******</p>
