<p>People &amp; Culture (P&amp;C) Specialist</p><p>Department: People &amp; Culture<br> Reports to: People &amp; Culture Manager / Director of People &amp; Culture<br> Industry: Hospitality</p><p>Job Purpose</p><p>The P&amp;C Specialist supports the daily People &amp; Culture operations and helps ensure a positive, professional, and engaging work environment. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, attendance, personnel administration, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</p><p>* Support the recruitment process, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.<br> * Prepare job offers and required employment documentation.<br> * Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new employees.<br> * Ensure new employees complete all required documents and receive the necessary information about hotel policies and procedures.<br> * Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth joining experience.</p><p>Personnel &amp; Administration</p><p>* Maintain accurate and updated employee records and personnel files.<br> * Prepare HR letters, certificates, contracts, and other employee-related documents.<br> * Monitor attendance, absence, annual leave, sick leave, and other employee records.<br> * Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee information.<br> * Ensure employee documentation complies with company requirements and Egyptian labor regulations.</p><p>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement</p><p>* Act as a point of contact for employees regarding routine P&amp;C inquiries.<br> * Support a positive work environment and encourage open communication between employees and management.<br> * Assist in handling employee concerns professionally and confidentially.<br> * Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs, and internal events.<br> * Support initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.</p><p>Learning &amp; Development</p><p>* Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.<br> * Support employee induction and mandatory training programs.<br> * Follow up with departments regarding training attendance and completion.<br> * Assist in identifying training and development needs.</p><p>Performance &amp; Development</p><p>* Support the performance review process and ensure required documentation is completed on time.<br> * Maintain records related to employee performance and development plans.<br> * Assist managers with P&amp;C procedures and documentation when required.</p><p>Policies &amp; Compliance</p><p>* Ensure P&amp;C policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed.<br> * Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.<br> * Support compliance with labor law, health and safety requirements, and company standards.<br> * Assist with P&amp;C reports, audits, and required documentation.</p><p>Qualifications &amp; Experience</p><p>* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.<br> * Previous experience in Human Resources / People &amp; Culture, preferably within the hospitality industry.<br> * Good knowledge of HR administration and Egyptian labor regulations.<br> * Good command of English and Arabic.<br> * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</p><p>Skills &amp; Competencies</p><p>* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br> * Good organizational and time-management skills.<br> * Attention to detail and accuracy.<br> * Ability to maintain confidentiality.<br> * Positive and professional attitude.<br> * Ability to work effectively with employees at different levels.<br> * Problem-solving and teamwork skills.<br> * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.</p><p>Key Success Measures</p><p>* Accuracy and completeness of employee records.<br> * Timely completion of recruitment and onboarding processes.<br> * Effective coordination of P&amp;C activities and training.<br> * Employee satisfaction and engagement.<br> * Compliance with company policies and labor regulations.</p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.<br> * 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources / People &amp;
