<p><strong>AECOM is seeking for an experienced Talent and Leadership Development Partner for employment in Lima, Peru. </strong></p><p>The role sits within the award-winning Global Talent and Technical Development Team, responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class leadership development solutions across AECOM.</p><p>We are a highly collaborative team of practitioners who design, facilitate, and coach in both virtual and in-person environments globally. We focus on delivering <strong>highly interactive, experiential learning</strong> across the full career lifecycle—from early career high potentials to senior leaders and future executives.</p><p>We are seeking an <strong>expert facilitator based in Peru</strong> who can deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences virtually and in person, while also contributing to program design and continuous improvement.</p><ul><li>Expertly facilitate leadership programs for global audiences, creating engaging, discussion-driven learning environments that drive behavior change</li><li>Partner with global stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, consistent learning solutions across regions</li><li>Adapt facilitation style to diverse audiences, cultures, and leadership levels</li><li>Serve as a role model of AECOM leadership capabilities and development philosophy</li></ul><p><strong><u>The responsibilities include but are not limited to:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Facilitation & Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate leadership development programs (people managers, early career, senior leaders, high potentials) both virtually and in person with most delivery virtually.</li><li>Create highly engaging, interactive learning environments aligned to adult learning principles</li><li>Adapt delivery approach and style based on audience, region, and program objectives</li></ul><p><strong>Program Delivery & Partnership</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with global colleagues to implement key leadership programs (e.g., manager development, leadership acceleration programs)</li><li>Support end-to-end program delivery, including coordination, stakeholder alignment, and execution</li></ul><p><strong>Assessment & Coaching</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate and debrief leadership assessments (e.g., DiSC, 360/180 tools)</li><li>Provide foundational coaching to support participant development (with opportunity for growth in this area)</li></ul><p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to the design, refinement, and localization of learning content</li><li>Identify and apply innovative approaches to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness</li></ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in related field and 3+ years of experience facilitating leadership or professional development programs (virtual and in-person)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to facilitate interactive, discussion-based learning experiences (not presentation delivery)</li><li>Experience designing or improving learning content</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a matrixed environment</li><li>Experience with interactive tools (e.g., MS Teams setting up breakout rooms, polling tools)</li><li>Ability and eagerness to manage engagement virtually</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish (professional-level fluency required; must facilitate confidently and clearly in English)</li><li>Some travel required <10%</li><li>Must be eligible to obtain US visa for possible travel</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with leadership assessments (e.g., DiSC, 360 tools)</li><li>Coaching experience (or strong interest and aptitude to develop in this area)</li><li>Experience facilitating across global or multicultural audiences</li><li>2+ years of program coordination or program management experience</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
