Responsibilities • Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the club, including but not limited to fitness equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas. • Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club. • Stock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items for the facility. • Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. • Assist with service to the members and guests when required. • Maintain friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members, and guests. Requirements • Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently manage daily tasks and priorities. • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire) Physical Requirements • Must be able to lift or move up to 50lb. • Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking. • Ability to bend, crouch, and reach to perform cleaning tasks in various areas of the facility. Reporting Structure • Reports directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
