STORE MANAGER TRAINEE

<p><span style="color:#000000">Store Manager </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">We’re seeking a Store Manager to join our team to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Safeguard the company’s assets </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Build strong relationships with the community by actively engaging in outreach and partnerships </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Implement operational and merchandising direction that is communicated from our corporate headquarters </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Skills and Experience: </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· High school diploma or equivalent is preferred </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Excellent communication skills are required </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Retail management experience is preferred </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
