A Day in the Life: <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Develop and implement project-specific quality management plans for data center construction</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Establish inspection and testing procedures aligned with contract documents and owner standards</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Coordinate with project teams to track, document, and close quality issues</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Review submittals and installation methods for compliance with quality requirements</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Lead quality audits across trades, with emphasis on MEP and mission-critical systems</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Maintain detailed quality documentation and reporting</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Train project teams and subcontractors on quality expectations</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Act as the project authority on quality-related matters</li> </ul> Necessary Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">5+ years of experience in QA/QC for mission-critical construction</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Direct experience on data center or highly technical projects</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong understanding of construction means and methods, especially MEP systems</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience developing and enforcing quality management plans</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Willingness to travel or be site-based as required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field</li> </ul> What We Can Offer You: At ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset – our team.
