Job description

What You'll Do: Contract & Supplier Management<ul><li>Own the full contract lifecycle: from market engagement and negotiation through execution, supplier onboarding, and performance tracking.</li><li>Ensure timely renewals, renegotiations, and proactive contract management to avoid service disruptions.</li><li>Drive contract compliance, enforce service-level agreements (SLAs), and implement corrective actions where necessary.</li><li>Maintain a contract calendar, ensuring timely action on renewals, extensions, and savings opportunities.</li></ul>Tactical & Operational Procurement Execution<ul><li>Manage and oversee sourcing activities including RFx preparation, supplier evaluation, and award recommendations.</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date repository of existing and potential service providers to enables prompt contractual execution.</li><li>Lead supplier onboarding processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders to enable timely service implementation.</li><li>Ensure procurement transactions are compliant with internal policies and documented properly.</li><li>Support and coordinate the operational workload of the procurement team, prioritizing business-critical tasks.</li></ul>Cost Control & Savings Delivery<ul><li>Track, validate, and report on cost savings achieved through contract renegotiations and sourcing efforts.</li><li>Identify opportunities to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) without compromising service quality or timelines.</li></ul>Cross-functional Alignment & Process Improvement<ul><li>Work closely with legal, finance, operations, and technical teams to align procurement activities with business and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance procurement cycle time, visibility, and efficiency.</li><li>Contribute to the development and refinement of sourcing strategies for key service categories.</li><li>Develop, implement and track Procurement KPIs.</li></ul> What We're Looking For<ul><li>5+ years of experience within the data center, colocation, cloud infrastructure, telecom, or related industries.</li><li>Understanding of colocation and data center services.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple sourcing requests simultaneously.</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills.</li><li>Commercial awareness and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proactive and relationship-driven approach to market engagement and supplier management.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Existing relationships with colocation providers or data center operators.</li><li>Experience supporting infrastructure sourcing or colocation sales activities.</li><li>Familiarity with major global data center markets.</li><li>Exposure to enterprise or large-scale infrastructure environments.</li><li>Experience working in customer-facing or commercially focused infrastructure roles.</li></ul> Benefits At Gcore, we want you to do your best work and enjoy the journey.
