SUPERVISOR, PIPING

<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate piping installation, fabrication, erection, testing, and reinstatement activities at the project site.</li><li>Manage piping foremen, pipe fitters, welders, helpers, and subcontractor manpower to ensure efficient execution of work.</li><li>Monitor progress of piping works and ensure completion within approved project schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, planning, and other disciplines to resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth workflow.</li><li>Ensure piping installation is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, welding procedures, and quality standards.</li><li>Verify correct materials, pipe spools, valves, fittings, supports, and consumables are available before starting work.</li><li>Supervise piping fabrication, fit-up, welding, alignment, installation of supports, and mechanical completion activities.</li><li>Ensure proper execution of piping pressure testing, flushing, cleaning, drying, and reinstatement activities.</li><li>Monitor welding activities and ensure compliance with approved WPS, PQR, and project welding requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures, client safety requirements, and permit-to-work systems.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and safety briefings to ensure safe working practices.</li><li>Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain an organized and safe working environment.</li></ul> <ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.</li><li>Minimum 8&#xa0;years of experience in piping construction activities.</li><li>Strong knowledge of piping fabrication, erection, installation, and testing activities.</li><li>Familiarity with ASME B31.3, API standards, welding procedures, and inspection requirements.</li></ul> <ul></ul><ul><li>Willingness to work in remote locations as required.</li><li>Ability to use hand and power tools safely.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li></ul>
