POWER BI DEVELOPER – AIRTABLE, SNOWFLAKE & SQL

<p>We are looking for a <strong>Power BI Developer</strong> with strong hands-on experience in <strong>Power BI, Airtable, Snowflake, and SQL</strong>. The ideal candidate should have experience working on end-to-end analytics projects, building dynamic forms and interfaces in Airtable, transforming data using SQL, and developing interactive dashboards in Power BI and Airtable.</p><p>The candidate will work closely with business users to understand requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and deliver user-friendly dashboards, reports, forms, and automated workflows.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain <strong>interactive Power BI dashboards and reports</strong> based on business requirements.</li><li>Build <strong>dynamic forms, interfaces, and automated workflows using Airtable</strong>.</li><li>Design and implement multiple <strong>Airtable Interfaces and Automations</strong>.</li><li>Fetch and analyze data from <strong>Snowflake</strong> and transform it using <strong>SQL and Airtable</strong>.</li><li>Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and preparation for reporting and analytics.</li><li>Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into effective analytical solutions.</li><li>Create data models and develop meaningful KPIs, metrics, and visualizations in Power BI.</li><li>Integrate data from Snowflake and other relevant sources into Power BI/Airtable solutions.</li><li>Ensure dashboards and interfaces are optimized for usability, accuracy, and performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot data, dashboard, automation, and reporting issues.</li><li>Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the complete analytics project lifecycle.</li></ul><p>Mandatory Skills</p><ul><li><strong>Power BI – Strong hands-on experience</strong></li><li><strong>Airtable – Strong hands-on experience</strong><ul><li>Dynamic Forms</li><li>Airtable Interfaces</li><li>Airtable Automations</li><li>Data management and workflows</li></ul></li><li><strong>Snowflake – Hands-on experience</strong></li><li><strong>SQL – Strong hands-on experience</strong><ul><li>Data extraction</li><li>Data transformation</li><li>Joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, etc.</li></ul></li><li>Experience in <strong>end-to-end analytics projects</strong></li><li>Strong experience in gathering and understanding <strong>business requirements</strong></li><li>Experience in converting business requirements into <strong>interactive Power BI dashboards and Airtable solutions</strong></li></ul><p>Required Experience</p><ul><li>3–6 years of relevant experience in <strong>Power BI / Data Analytics / Business Intelligence</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience working with <strong>Power BI + Airtable + Snowflake + SQL</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience building dashboards and analytics solutions from raw data to final business output.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.</li><li>Ability to independently understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Experience with Power BI <strong>DAX and data modelling</strong>.</li><li>Experience with Power Query / ETL processes.</li><li>Understanding of data warehousing concepts.</li><li>Experience with API/data integrations in Airtable.</li><li>Experience in automating repetitive business processes using Airtable.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
