We are seeking a skilled, dedicated, and service-oriented Service Associate – Engineering (A/C Technician) to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficient operation of the resort's air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems, supporting a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience for our guests and colleagues. In the Role, We Rely on You To • Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems across the resort. • Ensure all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer specifications and hotel standards. • Respond promptly to guest room and operational maintenance requests related to air conditioning and refrigeration systems. • Monitor and maintain chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), split air conditioners, exhaust systems, cold rooms, and refrigeration equipment. • Carry out routine inspections to identify faults, minimize equipment downtime, and improve system reliability. • Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and equipment documentation. • Support energy conservation initiatives by monitoring HVAC performance and recommending operational improvements. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering procedures, and environmental standards when handling refrigerants and equipment. • Assist with general engineering maintenance duties as required and support other team members during operational requirements. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has • Minimum 2–3 years' experience as an A/C Technician or HVAC Technician, preferably within a 5-star hotel, resort, or commercial facility. • Technical qualification or certification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Good knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, and preventive maintenance practices. • Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently with minimal supervision. • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC equipment is an advantage. • Good understanding of workplace safety practices and the proper handling of refrigerants and engineering equipment. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize maintenance tasks effectively. • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
