<p></p> <h2>Bar Manager : Soho House Tel Aviv</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We are looking for an experienced, hands-on <strong>Bar Manager</strong> to lead the bar operation at Soho House Tel Aviv, ensuring excellent service, strong team leadership and smooth daily operations.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead the daily bar operation and maintain high service standards.</li> <li>Manage, motivate and develop the bar team.</li> <li>Ensure a warm, knowledgeable and consistent member and guest experience.</li> <li>Oversee scheduling, briefings, training and team performance.</li> <li>Manage stock, ordering, inventory, wastage and beverage costs.</li> <li>Support cocktail menus, seasonal drinks and special events.</li> <li>Ensure consistency, cleanliness, safety and compliance across the bar.</li> <li>Work closely with the Food &amp; Beverage, Kitchen and Events teams.</li> <li>Handle feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.</li> <li>Lead by example during busy services.</li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Previous experience in a senior bar leadership role within a high-volume hospitality environment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service.</li> <li>Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.</li> <li>Hands-on approach and ability to work calmly under pressure.</li> <li>Experience managing stock, costs and team performance.</li> <li>Passion for hospitality and creating an excellent member and guest experience.</li> <li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.</li> <li>Fluent English; Hebrew is an advantage.</li> </ul> <p></p>
