We're adding a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. A Day in the Life: <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage aviation construction projects from preconstruction through completion; including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage complex aviation construction work including hangars, MRO facilities, FBO's, cargo facilities, aircraft support buildings, aviation manufacturing facilities, and other airport-related infrastructure</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support aviation pursuits by helping with site reviews, constructibility input, schedules, budgets, scope reviews, and client meetings</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead subcontractor buyout and ensure scopes are complete, coordinated, and aligned with the project schedule and budget</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Travel 25% nationally</li> </ul> Necessary Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of construction project management experience</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with aviation, hangars, MRO, airport facilities, industrial, manufacturing, federal, defense, logistics, or technically complex projects preferred but not required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Based in Boston, MA, St. Louis, MO, or willing to relocate</li> </ul> What We Can Offer You: At ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset – our team.
