<p><strong>Positions Open:</strong></p><p><u><strong>Administrative Assistant</strong></u></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage job creation, invoicing, and purchase orders using internal systems.</li><li>Maintain and update databases, pricing information, and digital records.</li><li>Support proposal and tender preparation by coordinating documentation and ensuring timely submissions.</li><li>Monitor invoices and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or administrative issues.</li><li>Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the team and collaborate with internal stakeholders.</li><li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).</li><li>Good command of English (B2+ or equivalent).</li><li>Previous administrative experience is preferred.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn is an advantage.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Data Analyst</strong></u></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Register samples, enter job information, and validate operational data in LIMS and related systems for laboratory testing activities.</li><li>Perform data entry, data verification, record maintenance, and data cleanup to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Prepare and review laboratory reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy of test data.</li><li>Support billing activities, including invoice preparation, payment reconciliation, and client follow-up.</li><li>Assist sales support activities through quotation preparation, CRM updates, and client data management.</li><li>Maintain accurate records for samples, customer information, reports, and operational data.</li><li>Apply knowledge of petroleum laboratory processes, terminology, and workflows gained through relevant industry experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Data Management, or related field preferred.</li><li>Prior work experience in petroleum testing laboratories, oil & gas industry, or related laboratory operations is highly preferred.</li><li>Experience handling petroleum sample data, laboratory documentation, test records, or LIMS systems is advantageous.</li><li>Familiarity with laboratory workflows, quality requirements, and technical reporting processes.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.</li></ul>
<p><u><strong>Technical Report Editor – E-bike/Bicycle Testing</strong></u></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare accurate and timely test reports by reviewing laboratory records, test orders, protocols, photographs, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Validate technical information, identify inconsistencies, request missing details, and ensure reports are complete and accurate.</li><li>Draft, edit, and finalize test reports using approved templates, incorporating relevant technical observations and feedback.</li><li>Ensure reports comply with EFBE quality standards, ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, and SGS procedures.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and compliance with SGS Code of Integrity, QHSE policies, and documentation standards.</li><li>Work closely with engineering and laboratory teams to ensure accurate interpretation and presentation of test results.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education and experience.</li><li>C1 English proficiency or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of bicycle and e-bike technology, including components, systems, terminology, and test procedures.</li><li>Experience or exposure to bicycle/e-bike testing, quality assurance, or technical documentation is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Word-based documentation and structured reporting templates.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical protocols, handwritten lab notes, and image-based evidence.</li><li>Excellent documentation, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage reports independently and accurately.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Technical Customer Service</strong></u></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform second-level review and validation of laboratory data, calculations, QC checks, LIMS entries, and interpretations to ensure accurate reporting.</li><li>Identify and correct errors in laboratory results and approve final reports before customer release.</li><li>Manage end-to-end order processing workflows, including sample receipt, test planning, monitoring, and invoicing.</li><li>Review third-party laboratory data and ensure compliance with SGS quality standards and ISO17025 requirements.</li><li>Ensure testing methodologies, quality controls, and reporting processes meet required standards.</li><li>Support internal and external customers with technical guidance and ensure service deadlines are achieved.</li><li>Maintain compliance with SGS Code of Integrity, QHSE policies, and quality procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related Science discipline from an accredited institution.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in laboratory data processing, validation, or review, including LIMS experience.</li><li>Prior experience reviewing laboratory results and ensuring data quality.</li><li>Knowledge of analytical techniques such as chromatography, mass spectrometry, VOC/FOG analysis, or related laboratory methods is preferred.</li><li>Hands-on laboratory experience or training in relevant analytical methods is advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of ISO17025 quality requirements and laboratory standards.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Data Validator</strong></u></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Process and validate laboratory data, including calculations, quality checks, LIMS entries, and other data management activities.</li><li>Review data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.</li><li>Perform data verification and identify discrepancies or issues that may impact data quality and turnaround times.</li><li>Ensure assigned tasks are completed within required deadlines and escalate potential delays when necessary.</li><li>Collaborate with laboratory teams to support efficient data processing and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related Science field (Chemistry preferred).</li><li>Background or experience in laboratory testing and data validation, with potential assignment to Shared Inorganics, Sample Analysis – Industrial & Environment (I&E), or Sample Analysis – Health & Nutrition (H&N) teams.</li><li>1–2 years of hands-on experience using chromatography instruments (LC or GC); experience with mass spectrometry is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in food testing laboratories is preferred; environmental testing experience is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with laboratory software such as Chromeleon, MassHunter, MultiQuant, or Analyst is an advantage.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul><p><u><strong>RBS TRADE ANALYST</strong></u></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Processing of inspection requests, including review of accuracy and completeness of Requests for Inspections</li><li>Back-office execution of the registration and licensing process</li><li>Ensuring CoC issuance, amendments and replacement as per country standards</li><li>Acting as back-office interface between SGS Switzerland and the trade for case execution</li><li>Ensuring processing quality, timeliness and adherence to agreed service levels</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>University degree or equivalent professional qualification (min. 3 years' relevant sector/company experience)</li><li>Minimum 2 years' experience in trade / import-export back-office operations</li><li>Experience in SGS TFS services is an advantage</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document and data processing</li><li>Proficiency with operational systems (LIMS and group-sanctioned order/document tools)</li><li>Decisive, results-oriented and reliable; good written communication for remote collaboration</li><li>Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity</li></ul>
