Job description
<p>As a Maintenance Shift Engineer you will: </p><p> </p><ul><li><p>Be service minded </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Actively contribute to guests' comfort </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Carry out occasional repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prevent problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Implement the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Follow the preventive maintenance programme </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Be in contact with all hotel departments </p></li></ul><p>       •     Applies water hygiene procedures </p><p>       •     Run regular checks and repairs on plant rooms equipment  </p><p>       •     Organise and support the team in order to complete different tasks </p><p>       •     Manage the workshop and monitor the spare parts stock  </p><p>       •     Daily checks on hotel’s BMS to provide best possible comfort for hotel guests </p><p>       •     Log calls and supervise external contractors </p>
