Overview Why We Need Your Talents: Responsible for organizing and stocking the bars with major supplies and beverage products. Responsibilities Where You'll Make an Impact: • Assists bartenders in the service of beverages to guests. • Maintains service stations, cleanliness of bars and re-stocks to par. • Puts beverage orders away in correct locations, re-stocking of pump room, soda room, and changing out kegs as needed. • Assists guests in a courteous and friendly manner. • Stocks main coolers with all beverage products. • Shovels ice from ice machine into ice bins. • Maintains deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment. • Abides by all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests. • Requires heavy lifting. • Ensures compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations. • Understands all PLCB regulations. • Abides by company and department specific appearance standards. • Performs additional duties as assigned. Skills to Help You Succeed: • Must be able to work in smoke filled environments. • Must be RAMP certified. • Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position. • Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program. • Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Qualifications Must-Haves: • High school diploma or GED preferred. Physical Requirements: • 24/7 operation requiring extended hours and the ability and willingness meet the applicant’s schedules when needed. • Casino is over 100,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency. • Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning. • Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds. • Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. • Ability to use near vision, see details at close range. • Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators. Working Conditions: • 24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees. • Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises. • You may occasionally work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
