WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE - NIGHTS

<ul><li><strong>Contract Type:&#xa0;</strong>Permanent – 30&#xa0;Hours Per Week</li><li><strong>Days of Work:&#xa0;</strong>Sunday - Thursday</li><li><strong>Hours of Work: </strong>02: 00 - 08:30</li></ul><p>This is a fast-paced, physical role and you will be on your feet all shift. As a warehouse operative, you will be the backbone of our operation, playing a critical role in DPD continuing to deliver outstanding service.</p><p><strong>Key Duties Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Loading and unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels with precision and accuracy</li><li>Handling items up to 25kg (who needs a gym membership when you can keep fit whilst you work!)</li><li>Using our technology systems to ensure every parcel gets to the right place at the right time</li><li>Operating warehouse equipment including scanners, conveyor systems, and handling equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout the warehouse environment</li><li>Conducting quality control checks to verify parcel condition and accurate labelling and&#xa0;reporting any discrepancies, damaged items, or system issues to your supervisor promptly</li><li>Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and shift objectives</li><li>Adhering to attendance expectations and maintaining reliability throughout your shift</li></ul><p>You'll Receive: Full training from Day 1 and all required uniform and PPE</p> <p><strong>What You Bring to the Team</strong></p><ul><li><strong>The Hustle:</strong> You’ve got a strong work ethic&#xa0; and love hitting targets.</li><li><strong>Team Player:</strong> You love working as part of a close knit supportive team&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Reliability: </strong>You show up and give it 100%.</li><li><strong>Values: </strong>You’re honest, respectful, and care about the service you provide.</li><li><strong>Physicality: </strong>You’re comfortable lifting and staying on your feet.</li></ul><p>DPD is a Disability Confident Employer and a member of the Valuable 500.
