SUPERVISOR - SPORTSBOOK

Responsibilities: • As a Shift Supervisor you will support operational excellence and strive to consistently exceed customer expectations • Take the lead, with responsibilities that range from assisting customers to supporting the sports book team • Inspire associates to have fun while delivering a great guest experience • Work as a team player with a passion for continuous learning • Provide recognition and constructive feedback throughout the shift as appropriate • Establish a culture of excellent customer service • Professionally and promptly, respond to all customer concerns or issues • Efficiently resolve conflicts among associates and between customers and associates • Enforce compliance with safety policies and regulations • Communicate with upper management regarding operations and personnel • Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws • Other duties as assigned. • As a Shift Supervisor/Cashier you will be required to use and navigate a POS terminal to assist in writing the customers requested bet ticket. • Be able to explain and assist the customers in answering any betting related questions.
