DATA ANALYST/ENGINEER

Job Requirements • As per the client requirement, we need profiles with the below skills: • Hands-on experience in Databricks or any equivalent lakehouse platform, with experience in Medallion Architecture. • Experience with Domo or any similar BI tool like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, preferably with semantic layer experience. • Strong SQL skills. • Experience in Python or PySpark for data pipeline and ETL work. • • 5+ years in data analytics or analytics engineering, including experience prioritizing across multiple stakeholder groups with competing timelines. • • Hands-on experience with Databricks (or equivalent lakehouse platform) and building/maintaining medallion-style data models. • • Experience with Domo or a comparable BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) at a level where you’re building semantic layers, not just charts. • • Strong SQL; comfort with Python or PySpark for pipeline work. • • Demonstrated ability to push back on stakeholder - asking clarifying questions, challenging vague requirements, saying no when priorities don’t line up. • • Excellent written and verbal English communication; you will run live discussions with US stakeholders, not just exchange async tickets. • • Comfortable with a work schedule that regularly extends into the evening IST to overlap with US Eastern morning hours (roughly 9:30am–12:30pm ET / 7–10pm IST) — this is a recurring requirement, not an occasional one, during active project cycles. • • Healthcare/HIPAA-adjacent data experience is a plus given the Clinical stakeholder group.
