POSITION
OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a
dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the
Ritz Restaurant Department as a Still Room Attendant.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated
to upholding The Ritz
London's 5-star luxury standards. As a Still Room Attendant you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant team. Duties also involve taking pride in the care of the restaurant,
down to the finest and most minute details, including: polishing all silver,
china, and glassware before and after each service; counting and separating
soiled or damaged linen and preparing fresh linens before each service; ensuring
the coffee, tea, and milk pots are carefully cleaned after each use; and
undertaking reasonable requests to support the function of the kitchen and
restaurant teams.
ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant
experience in a 5-Star or fine dining property is desirable
• Excellent
customer service skills
• Possess the
ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Good command
of the English language, both spoken and written
• Display a
polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
