Our positions are essential business in a non-retail and non-public environment. In addition, the company provides PPE to all employees. This is a first shift position with standard, regular hours and no weekend schedules. About This Position ***$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour*** You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager. Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day. We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area. Job description Release and manage customer order batches through the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Coordinate with Supervisors, Leads, and Shipping personnel to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support daily wave planning and order fulfillment. Review and adjust order batches based on inventory constraints and operational priorities. Communicate with stockers regarding products that require replenishment to support order completion. Assist with order substitutions when inventory shortages occur. Identify and resolve order processing issues to minimize delays and improve workflow efficiency. Maintain accurate data entry and system records. Communicate effectively across departments to support daily operational goals. Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures. Requirements Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory-related environment preferred. Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order processing functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during a 10-hour shift. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What You'll Need High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm Overtime as needed (typically on Friday's) Ability to lift up to 70lbs. Familiarity with computers preferred.
