HOUSEPERSON

The Houseperson plays a key role in supporting hotel operations, identifying maintenance concerns, and contributing to an exceptional stay for every guest through attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence. Support the guest experience behind the scenes as a Houseperson. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel by responding promptly to guest and team member requests, assisting with housekeeping operations, and ensuring public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces are well maintained. • Receives linen supplies from floor shoots. • Maintains housekeeping carts. • Removes trash collected by room attendants. • Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen. • Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
