CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - NOEL LEEMING, MOORHOUSE AVE (PART-TIME)

<p><strong>Te kaupapa o te tūranga – About the role</strong></p><p><strong>Hours of work:</strong></p><ul><li>Friday&#xa0;8:45am - 5:00pm</li><li>Saturday&#xa0;8:45am - 5:30pm</li><li>Sunday&#xa0;9:45am - 5:15pm</li></ul><p><strong>What Will You Be Doing?</strong></p><p>We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include:</p><ul><li>Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications.</li><li>Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries.</li><li>Proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns.</li><li>Supporting administrative tasks.</li></ul><p>You’ll be an important part of our team, working to resolve customer issues and making sure we meet their expectations.</p><p><strong>Who Are We Looking For?</strong></p><p>This role is perfect for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can remain calm under pressure, as you'll sometimes need to find the right words to resolve customer issues.</p><p>This position involves making calls to customers and handling various administrative tasks, so having a friendly phone manner along with strong written and verbal communication skills is a must.
