PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - OUTPATIENT PHARMACY SUPPORT CENTER

<p>Ready to make a real difference in patients' lives? As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll work alongside our registered pharmacists to keep our Outpatient Pharmacy Support Center running smoothly! Here's what you'll be doing:</p><ul><li>Process &amp; Distribute:&#xa0;Handle prescription distribution and processing with precision, ensuring every medication gets to the right patient</li><li>Data Entry Wizard:&#xa0;Enter prescription information into our computer systems—keeping everything organized and accurate</li><li>Billing &amp; Admin: Manage billings and maintain detailed files to keep our records in tip-top shape</li><li>Payment Processing:&#xa0;Collect payments for prescriptions and other purchases with a friendly, professional approach</li><li>Inventory Management:&#xa0;Stock and organize our medication inventory, ensuring we're always well-supplied</li><li>Customer Interaction:&#xa0;Engage with patients and the public in a helpful, courteous manner—you'll be a key part of their pharmacy experience</li><li>Team Support:&#xa0;Collaborate with and report to our pharmacists, supporting their mission to provide excellent patient care</li></ul><p>All work performed under the supervision of a licensed registered pharmacist.</p> <p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: </strong>High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. Minimum of six (6) months of retail pharmacy experience preferred.</p><p><strong>CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: </strong>Requires valid State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician license.</p>
