PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER M&E

We are looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to lead our M&E pre-construction activity in London — owning the full bid process from enquiry through to submission across fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, and associated M&E fire safety works. Reporting to the Head of M&E Pre-Construction, you will take full responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and competitiveness of everything that leaves your desk. This is a commercially focused leadership role. You will manage and develop the M&E pre construction team in London, work closely with our estimating, design, procurement, and delivery teams, and build the client and consultant relationships that drive Harmony’s M&E growth across the capital.
