SAP - MDG PRODUCT CONFIGURATION EXPERT ( SERBIA)

We are looking for an experienced Product Configuration Expert – SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to join a project with our client, Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC) . You will become part of the client's Digital & Technology Platform Services (DTPS) organization, working within the Data Management Platforms team . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP MDG professional to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Master Data Management and Data Governance solutions within a large and complex international environment. Your Responsibilities • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Contribute to the strategy, design, and implementation of the end-to-end Master Data Management journey . • Design and configure SAP MDG solutions for key master data objects, particularly Business Partner, Customer, and Supplier . • Configure SAP MDG governance models, rule-based workflows, BRF+, and mass maintenance solutions . • Participate in different project phases, including discovery, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and support. • Define and support inbound and outbound replication models . • Configure and work with SOA services, BAdIs, and SOA Manager . • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. • Prepare and maintain documentation, including BPDs, FDDs, TSDs, data models, data flows, and technical specifications . • Configure, debug, test, and troubleshoot SAP MDG applications and data discrepancies. • Research and apply relevant SAP OSS Notes when required. • Support SAP development activities and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. • Guide and support SAP MDG/ABAP developers and data engineers , including internal and external vendor teams. • Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD processes for Master Data Governance solutions. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the client's system landscape. Requirements • 3+ years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA master data, Master Data Management, and/or Data Quality Management. • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) . • Hands-on experience configuring SAP master data objects in SAP MDG and S/4HANA . • Experience with SAP MDG Business Partner, Customer and/or Supplier . • Strong experience with MDG governance models and rule-based workflows . • Hands-on knowledge of BRF+ . • Experience with SAP MDG mass maintenance solutions . • Functional and technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, MDG, Fiori, ABAP, Workflow, BRF+, SOA Services, and BAdIs . • Experience defining inbound/outbound replication models . • Experience with BAdI usage for SOA services and SOA Manager configuration . • Experience configuring, debugging, and testing SAP MDG applications. • Ability to troubleshoot master data issues and data discrepancies. • Experience supporting integrations between SAP and other SAP/non-SAP systems. • Ability to prepare BPD, FDD, and TSD documentation . • Strong understanding of SAP modules and system integrations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to Have • Experience with SAP MDG Consolidation . • Experience with Master Data Quality (MDQ) and data validation services. • Experience with SAP CRM, SD, and PTP from a master data perspective. • Knowledge of SAP master data object tables. • Experience with data migration and data quality validation . • Experience configuring or extending MDG workflows for validation, derivation, approvals, and change management . • Experience with cutover activities and end-to-end integration testing . • Understanding of Agile and/or SAFe Agile methodologies . • SAP MDG certification , such as SAP Certified Associate – SAP Master Data Governance, would be an advantage. Conditions & Benefits • Location: Belgrade, Serbia • Salary: up to 4.8M RSD gross/year • LIP / Annual Bonus: 10% • Insurance: Medical & Life Insurance + Private Family Health Insurance – Level I • Meal & Holiday Allowance: 11,440 RSD net/month
