LEAD DATA SCIENTIST

The data scientist harnesses the largest pediatric healthcare dataset in the nation to deliver analytics, insights, and solutions that help us create a healthier future for our global community. The individual in this role delivers data analytics and supports the development and implementation of advanced analytic tools to meet the needs of teams throughout the organization. Works with a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and create analytical solutions through applications of data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and emerging technologies. Collaborates with clinical, business, and information systems team members to ideate and create new analytic solutions impacting patient care and hospital operations. Develops and implements descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics models, machine learning and artificial intelligence projects, and the front-end tools needed to operationalize the use of such models within the workflows.
