RETAIL SALES EDUCATION SPECIALIST

Retail Sales Education Specialist Location: San Francisco, California Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour Position Overview A global beauty and personal care brand seeks a Retail Sales Education Specialist for a six-month field-based contract in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role drives sell-through at key retail accounts through product education and relationship building. Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-store product education and training sessions for retail beauty staff • Build and maintain productive relationships with store managers and beauty advisors • Monitor product placement, merchandising standards, and inventory at assigned accounts • Drive sell-through by educating consumers on product benefits and usage • Execute brand events, launches, and demonstrations at retail locations • Submit timely field activity reports and competitive insights to the brand team Requirements • 2+ years of retail sales, beauty education, or brand ambassador experience • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license for field travel • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends • Based in or near the San Francisco Bay Area Preferred Qualifications • Experience representing a national or global beauty brand • Established relationships with Ulta, Sephora, or department store beauty counters • Cosmetology license or esthetics background Screening Questions • Do you have beauty education or retail brand representation experience — which brands? • Do you have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for Bay Area field travel? • Are you available for flexible retail hours including weekends?
