RN REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS

The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred.</p><p>The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><p>Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.</p></li><li><p>Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.</p></li><li><p>Train new nursing management.</p></li><li><p>Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys</p></li><li><p>Aid in the Plan of Correction process</p></li></ul><p>The successful candidate for the Regional Director of Clinical Operations position will enjoy a competitive salary, based on experience, PTO plans, and a menu of benefit options from life and disability plans to medical, dental, and vision coverage from quality benefit carriers.
