Core Responsibilities - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. - Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close. - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. - Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning initiatives. - Coordinate audits, respond to auditor requests, and maintain audit-ready documentation. - Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow monitoring as required. - Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, systems, and reporting efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications - Accounting expertise: strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and close processes. - Compliance: experience with statutory reporting, tax filings, and internal control frameworks. - Analysis: ability to interpret financial data and deliver actionable insights. - Tools: proficiency with accounting software/ERP systems and advanced spreadsheet skills. - Communication: clear stakeholder management and documentation capabilities. - Leadership: ability to mentor others and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
