PART-TIME EVENT SECURITY

<ul><li>Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas.</li><li>Check credentials, tickets, badges, and/or access authorization as required.</li><li>Conduct security patrols and maintain a visible security presence.</li><li>Monitor surveillance cameras and report suspicious activity.</li><li>Prevent unauthorized access and protect company and client property.</li><li>Assist with crowd control and maintain orderly movement of guests.</li><li>Respond appropriately to disturbances, emergencies, and security incidents.</li><li>Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity reports.</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, guests, employees, and fellow security personnel.</li><li>Contact supervisors and emergency services when appropriate.</li><li>Follow all Sorsen Inc. policies, post orders, and client instructions.</li><li>Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and confidentiality at all times.</li></ul> <ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Valid security guard registration/license as required by applicable law.</li><li>Ability to pass required background screening.</li><li>Strong communication and observation skills.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.</li><li>Reliable transportation and dependable attendance preferred.</li><li>Previous security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or event experience is a plus.</li></ul> <ul><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required.</li><li>Ability to respond quickly to incidents and emergencies.</li><li>Ability to perform duties while maintaining constant awareness of the surrounding environment</li></ul>
