You won't just be assembly-lining fast food; you will be working with 100% clean, fresh ingredients to bring vibrant Mexican flavours to life for hundreds of locals and tourists every day.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare fresh ingredients and cook premium proteins according to the GYG recipe guide.</p></li><li><p>Master the grill, station presentation, and high-volume food prep.</p></li><li><p>Maintain exceptional food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards.</p></li><li><p>Work collaboratively with the front-of-house crew to ensure rapid, high-quality order fulfilment.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Attitude Over Experience:</strong> Prior commercial kitchen experience is highly desirable, but a "can-do" attitude, punctuality, and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
