We’re on the hunt for an IT Senior Lead – Infrastructure. Are you passionate about building resilient technology environments, solving complex infrastructure challenges and delivering technology that supports international BPO customers? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you!
As our IT Senior Lead – Infrastructure , you’ll design and implement technology solutions for our international business and its BPO customers, contribute to the international technology strategy, lead customer-facing service delivery and provide direction to the wider International IT team.
If you have the following:

A bachelor’s degree and relevant Microsoft certifications
•
10+ years’ experience as a Senior Systems Engineer
•
Strong expertise across cloud and enterprise infrastructure, networking and security
•
Experience leading resilient infrastructure, incident response, automation and modern infrastructure engineering
