This role is ideal for a professional who exercises sound judgment, communicates clearly, and is committed to maintaining safety, accountability, and compliance within a secure-care environment.</p><p>In this position, you’ll supervise investigative staff, review allegations, and conduct investigations involving policy violations, criminal activity, and youth safety concerns. You’ll gather and evaluate evidence, review video footage, interview witnesses, prepare detailed investigative reports, and document findings in required systems. You’ll also collaborate with facility leadership, respond to inquiries from internal and external partners, and assist with policy interpretation and implementation.
