Job description

<p>We are looking for an&#xa0;<strong>EMEA Trade Terms Specialist</strong>&#xa0;to play a key role in the implementation and governance of Trade Terms across the EMEA region.</p><p>As the central link between Trade Terms strategy and commercial teams, you will ensure the effective deployment of commercial frameworks across countries and channels, with a direct impact on operational excellence, SOX compliance, margin protection, and the successful delivery of seasonal sell-in tools.</p><p>In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with Sales, Finance, Merchandising and Customer Service teams to translate strategic guidelines into actionable processes and drive consistent execution across the region.</p><p><br> <strong>Your&#xa0;Main&#xa0;Missions:&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Implementation&#xa0;of&#xa0;trade&#xa0;terms&#xa0;in all EMEA countries and channels&#xa0;every&#xa0;season&#xa0;</strong></p><p>• Under supervision from her/his manager, together with country and channel leaders, translate trade term guidelines into localized rules: convert all trade terms building block in country relevant discounts, implement seasonal key&#xa0;initiatives&#xa0;and&#xa0;calculate key customer budgets for each salesperson.&#xa0;&#xa0;<br> • With the support of his/her manager, ensure the implementation of Trade Terms framework for all international and national strategic accounts.&#xa0;&#xa0;<br> • Support his/her manager in all trade terms governance process.&#xa0;&#xa0;<br> • Translate MOV guidelines into applicable MOV for each product category, customer&#xa0;type&#xa0;and country.&#xa0;&#xa0;<br> • Collect specific terms or packages requests from&#xa0;merchandising&#xa0;or&#xa0;salespersons, verify compliance with&#xa0;guidelines&#xa0;and&#xa0;organize approval by sales management.&#xa0;&#xa0;<br> • Proactively inform and alert EMEA Management on major risks,&#xa0;deviations&#xa0;and/or wrong interpretation of guidelines.&#xa0;&#xa0;<br> • Document seasonal trade term rules for each product category, country,&#xa0;channel&#xa0;and customer.&#xa0;<br> • Produce training materials to secure understanding and correct use of trade terms and MOV.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Controls and SOX compliance&#xa0;</strong></p><p>•&#xa0;Each&#xa0;season&#xa0;perform&#xa0;SOX compliance&#xa0;activities&#xa0;related&#xa0;to&#xa0;trade&#xa0;terms.&#xa0;&#xa0;<br> •&#xa0;Periodically&#xa0;execute&#xa0;compliance&#xa0;controls&#xa0;for use of&#xa0;trade&#xa0;terms&#xa0;building blocks and package application&#xa0;rules.&#xa0;&#xa0;<br> •&#xa0;Each&#xa0;season&#xa0;track&#xa0;and report&#xa0;noncompliance&#xa0;to MOV&#xa0;rules.&#xa0;&#xa0;<br> •&#xa0;Proactively&#xa0;alert&#xa0;salespersons&#xa0;direct manager of&#xa0;any&#xa0;deviance&#xa0;from&#xa0;trade&#xa0;terms&#xa0;and/or MOV&#xa0;rules.&#xa0;&#xa0;<br> •&#xa0;Measure&#xa0;deviance&#xa0;from&#xa0;guidelines and report&#xa0;any&#xa0;business and&#xa0;margin&#xa0;risk&#xa0;due to incorrect use of discounts.&#xa0;</p> <ul><li><strong>1 to 3 years of experience </strong>in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, Controlling, Sales Support, or similar functions.&#xa0;</li><li>A first experience in commercial and/or finance-related environments is highly valued; a solid finance background is strongly preferred.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong process management capabilities with the ability to translate guidelines into structured, executable processes.&#xa0;</li><li>Solid understanding of end-to-end seasonal commercial processes and sales operations, ideally within a B2B environment.&#xa0;</li><li>Advanced&#xa0;proficiency&#xa0;in Microsoft Excel.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience with process tracking and reporting tools, dashboards, and project management tools.&#xa0;</li><li>Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to&#xa0;identify&#xa0;operational risks,&#xa0;anticipate&#xa0;potential issues, and support mitigation plans.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience working with governance frameworks or compliance-related activities is a plus.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.</li><li>Excellent coordination, organization, and prioritization capabilities.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.&#xa0;</li><li>Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to perform effectively under time-sensitive deadlines.&#xa0;</li><li>Knowledge of SAP or other order management/business systems is a plus.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Fluent English&#xa0;required</strong>;
