Assembly Associate Location: New Castle, IN Pay: $14.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring Assembly Associates to join a leading automotive manufacturing team in New Castle, IN. In this role, you will assemble automotive parts in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities • Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and quality standards. • Operate hand tools and basic assembly equipment. • Inspect parts for quality and identify defects. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy. • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient production. Qualifications • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Dependable with excellent attendance. • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
