Job Purpose: To professionally lead the care team during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained that meets the needs of residents. We currently have a number full-time positions for Silver Stream Healthcare Management Limited (Sugarloaf Care Centre - Kilmacanogue South, Kilmacanogue, Co Wicklow A98 C2C0). Roles and Responsibilities: We are excited to offer opportunities for full-time Health Care Assistants. In this role, you will: Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life. Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and integrated care. Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents’ preferences and needs. Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene, and safe practices. Engage residents Desirable Qualifications: FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly (preferred). Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.
