Job description

岗位职责<ul><li>全程负责项目弱电/智能化系统（含BAS、安防、消防报警、综合布线、门禁、监控等）从设计、招采、施工到调试交付的全过程管理。</li><li>参与智能化需求调研及方案设计评审，确保系统定位符合项目运维需求。</li><li>编制弱电招标技术文件，主导技术评标及厂家方案比选。</li><li>跟踪弱电设备生产、到货及安装进度，协调与强电、暖通等专业的界面配合。</li><li>监督现场管线敷设、设备安装及系统调试，确保功能与性能达标。</li><li>组织系统联动测试（含与消防、安防、BA的联动逻辑验证）。</li><li>管控弱电系统变更，评估对功能及成本的影响。</li><li>向项目决策层定期汇报弱电进度及风险。</li><li>组织竣工资料（含点位表、逻辑图、操作手册等）汇编。</li><li>作为弱电专业接口人，统筹设计院、顾问、弱电承包商及系统集成商。</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Take full responsibility for ELV/intelligent systems (BAS, security, fire alarm, structured cabling, access control, CCTV, etc.) throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.</li><li>Participate in user requirement surveys and design reviews, ensuring system positioning meets the project's O&M needs.</li><li>Prepare ELV tender technical documents, and lead technical bid evaluation and vendor solution comparison.</li><li>Track ELV equipment manufacturing, delivery, and installation progress, and coordinate interfaces with electrical, HVAC, and other trades.</li><li>Supervise on-site cabling, equipment installation, and system commissioning to ensure functionality and performance meet requirements.</li><li>Organize integrated system testing (including logic validation with fire alarm, security, and BA systems).</li><li>Control ELV system changes and assess impacts on functionality and cost.</li><li>Regularly report ELV progress and risks to project decision-makers.</li><li>Organize the compilation of as-built documentation (including point schedules, logic diagrams, and operation manuals).</li><li>Serve as the primary ELV interface, coordinating among design institutes, consultants, ELV contractors, and system integrators.</li></ul> 任职要求<ul><li>本科或以上学历，自动化、建筑智能化、电子信息工程、通信工程或相关专业。</li><li>至少5年弱电/智能化系统工程经验，有新建商业办公项目全过程管理背景者优先。</li><li>熟悉主流弱电系统架构、协议及集成平台，了解从设计到调试交付的全过程管理。</li><li>有弱电招标文件编制及技术评标经验。</li><li>具备系统集成思维，能统筹多个子系统协同工作。</li><li>逻辑清晰，能独立处理技术争议并做出合理判断。</li><li>沟通能力强，能有效对接设计、承包商及各方资源。</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Intelligent Building, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related fields.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of ELV/intelligent systems engineering experience, preferably with full-cycle project management background in new built commercial/office building projects.</li><li>Familiar with mainstream ELV system architectures, protocols, and integration platforms, with understanding of the full lifecycle from design to commissioning and handover.</li><li>Experience in ELV RFP preparation and technical bid evaluation.</li><li>Possess system integration thinking, able to coordinate multiple subsystems for collaborative operation.</li><li>Clear logical thinking, able to independently resolve technical disputes and make sound judgments.</li><li>Strong communication skills, able to effectively interface with design institutes, contractors, and all relevant parties.</li></ul> Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
