Your Role In Our Mission: The ideal candidate will have some related experience and thrive in an environment that is collaborative and fast-moving. This role requires the successful individual to have a highly developed ability to understand user needs. They will also show visible curiosity about market dynamics and have foundational knowledge of business fundamentals. Having some prior knowledge of the Reward & Recognition (R&R) product or industry would be considered a plus. What's In It For Me?
