<p><strong>General Characteristics</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for <strong>CONTROLLING</strong> quality activities in accordance with quality management system established</li><li>Establishing inspection and test plans and its record forms as per project requirements and international codes &amp; standards</li><li>Carrying out inspections and tests on discipline responsible to determine whether work performed conforms to quality requirements, and recording its result</li><li>Ensuring inspection status is controlled through efficient tools such as inspection matrix</li><li>Striving to find potential risks and take preventive actions</li></ul><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Managing and performing inspection on particular discipline</li><li>Establishing systematic tools such as inspection matrix to control inspection</li><li>Forecasting potential risks of particular discipline and taking preventive actions</li><li>Setting and applying practical inspection process of particular discipline based on Project requirements and International Codes (providing ITP &amp; managing Matrix)</li><li>Preparing the Inspection records to be reflected on MC Doc.</li><li>Control Quality Performance Indicator to achieve the target</li><li>Reviewing &amp; validating NCRs under QC Supervisor or QC Manger’s directions</li><li>Performing and coordinating inspection with client</li><li>Carrying out QC Engineer's / Sr. Supervisor's responsibility in his/her absence.</li><li>Ensuring to apply lessons learnt and proper preventive action conducted.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in QA/QC inspections from project starts to completion</li><li>Familiarity with project specifications and standards, and medium to large-sized project experience</li><li>Experience in oil / gas / petrochemical or power plants</li><li>Engineering &amp; Construction Company working experience in GCC</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>Welding : (1) AWS as a CWI, or (2) TWI CL as a CSWIP 3.1 WI, or (3) an approved equivalent certification level and scheme</li><li>Mechanical : API 510, 570, 653 (for inspection of pressure vessels, piping, and storage tanks)</li><li>Coating : SAEP-316 Level II by (1) NACE as CIP, or (2) SSPC as PCI, or (3) TWI CL as BGAS-CSWIP, or (4) an Approved equivalent certification scheme required for the WORK</li><li>Non-destructive Testing (NDT) Level II</li><li>ASNT Level II or III</li></ul><p><strong>Technical and Behavioral Competency</strong></p><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Advanced inspection techniques and tools, material testing methods, and documentation</li><li>&#xa0;Leadership skills</li><li>Ability to mentor and guide team members</li><li>Ability to analyse and solve complex problems and to work collaboratively</li></ul>
