What Impact You'll Have: We are seeking an Operations Specialist to apply GEOINT tradecraft to time-dominant and first-phase collection and analysis. In this role, you will support the activities that manage GEOINT collection requirements and the tasks that exploit and produce GEOINT analysis for time-dominant issues and topics. The work is high tempo, and you will perform it as part of a team that provides services on a rotating basis, 24/7/365. What You'll Be Owning: <ul> <li>Support the management and validation of GEOINT collection requirements for time-dominant issues and topics.</li> <li>Perform first-phase exploitation and analysis of GEOINT data to support emerging intelligence needs.</li> <li>Produce GEOINT products to client standards for quality and timeliness.</li> <li>Monitor key intelligence issues within assigned functional mission areas and report activity as it occurs.</li> <li>Coordinate with collection managers, analysts, and mission partners on tasking and requirements.</li> <li>Maintain continuity of operations across shift changes through clear handoffs and documentation.</li> <li>Contribute as a team member to a rotating 24/7/365 operations posture.</li> </ul> What You Must Have: <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI Clearance with willingness to take a CI Polygraph.</li> <li>High school diploma or GED.</li> <li>5+ years of relevant experience (a combination of education and experience may be considered).</li> <li>Experience across functional mission areas and familiarity with key intelligence issues.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to produce GEOINT products that meet client standards for quality.</li> <li>Proven ability to operate successfully as a team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.</li> </ul> What Would Be Nice to Have: <ul> <li>GPC-F Certification.</li> <li>Experience with Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) and the application of ABI methodologies.</li> <li>Experience with GEOINT collection management information systems.</li> <li>Experience with GEOINT analytical databases and reporting tools.</li> <li>Experience performing first-phase GEOINT work.</li> <li>Experience with GEOINT collection capabilities and methods.</li> </ul> Pay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.
