Job description

For our international Client, a globally recognized brand, we are looking for HR Finance Specialists to join its GBS structures and become part of a newly established team in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for manage HR personnel costs, support headcount planning and reporting, and ensure alignment between HR and Finance. Responsibilities: • act as a key interface between Finance, including R2R, and HR stakeholders, including Payroll, • support headcount and personnel cost budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with HR and Finance, • prepare regular and ad hoc reports, run simulations and analyse trends in headcount and personnel costs, • collaborate with Payroll, HR , finance and local teams to improve data flows, controlling reliability and process efficiency, • support HR and Finance teams in the effective management of the headcount process, • prepare and validate monthly HR cost closing entries, including accruals, intercompany entries and restatements, • consolidate country data and coordinate with Finance counterparts, • perform variance analysis, identify key drivers and recommend corrective actions, • monitor actual, trend and budget performance and communicate key insights to stakeholders, • ensure data quality and consistency between HR and Finance, • contribute to process documentation, audit readiness and continuous improvement, • manage HCREP reporting in Magnitude, including External Workforce. Requirements: • experience in HR Controlling, HR Finance, Personnel Controlling, FP&A or Financial Controlling, ideally with exposure to personnel costs, • good understanding of headcount, payroll and personnel cost processes, • experience in budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing and variance analysis, • strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and identify key trends and cost drivers, • strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across HR and Finance, • proactive approach to process improvement and automation, • good knowledge of Excel and HR/Finance systems; experience with Magnitude is an advantage.
