About this role

For our international client, a globally recognized brand, we are looking for Employee Services Specialists with European language skills, such as Italian, Spanish, Greek, Portuguese, French, or German, to join its GBS structure and become part of a newly established team in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for HR administration activities for a dedicated market.

Responsibilities: • execute HR lifecycle processes within the assigned scope,

• review and validate employee data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness,

• follow up on missing information and ensure timely updates in HR systems,

• ensure accurate and compliant processing of HR administrative transactions,

• perform regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies across HR systems,

• ensure compliance with local labour regulations, global HR policies, and data privacy requirements,

• apply global HR templates, processes, controls, and local regulatory requirements,

• maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation in line with audit requirements,

• identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives,

• support the maintenance and improvement of HR procedures and process documentation,

• collaborate with local HR teams to clarify local requirements and resolve missing or incomplete information,

• work closely with HR specialists and other stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end process execution.

Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role,

• hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent would be an asset,

• fluent English and other European language skills, such as Italian, Spanish, Greek, Portuguese, French, or German

• strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset,

• good understanding of HR administration processes would be an asset,

• basic knowledge of labour law and HR compliance would be an asset,

• ability to work with global templates and apply local regulatory requirements,

• strong organisational and time-management skills,

• ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively within SLAs,

• strong communication and teamwork skills,

• a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
