Assistant Manager – Billing Job Description: <ul> <li>Proactively drive the billing process for the local team and prepare analyses as required</li> <li>Generate timely invoices in accordance with customer requirements</li> <li>Experience in handling customer queries specially for US / EU customers</li> <li>Analyzing and reconciling customer accounts balances</li> <li>Partner with business stakeholders on revenue reporting and needed support on receivables and collections</li> <li>Drive active communication and discussion with business stakeholders on needed action for aging receivables issues</li> <li>Performing periodic self-assessment to ensure all internal controls and regulations are adhered to on a timely basis</li> <li>Establishing and enforcing proper accounting policies and principles for O2C process</li> <li>Supporting new business initiatives and process improvement</li> </ul> Skills <ul> <li>Working knowledge in the billing / O2C function of a US / EU company</li> <li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written</li> <li>Experience in handling team for minimum of 3-4 people</li> <li>Experience on handling statutory and Internal audits including query handling, schedule preparation etc</li> <li>Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems including Workday / NetSuite</li> <li>Basic understanding to commercials terms in Customer Agreements like, SOW, MSA etc</li> <li>Ability to work with different teams within & outside finance to gather information</li> </ul> Education: <ul> <li>MBA – Finance or any other finance degree with minimum experience of 4-5 years.</li> </ul> <h1>Company Summary</h1> Zeta Global is a data-powered marketing technology company with a heritage of innovation and industry leadership.
